To support our mission and vision, we are seeking a motivated and structured individual who can secure opportunities and grow our customer base across our 6 service lines:Asset Management;Competency Training;Digital Industry (control systems);Electrical and Instrumentation;Pipeline engineering and services;Multi-discipline engineering.You will be accountable for the following:Define a business development strategy for the East coast (with the leadership team);Identify & secure new business opportunities aligned to the business development strategy;Grow LogiCamms business in the mining and Infrastructure industries, as well as oil and gas and other industries you identify growth in;Actively develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects;Drive internal Business Development processes, including CRM and Key Account Management;Maximise opportunities through effective time management, planning and KPI’s;Act as sponsor or escalation point on key projects;Provide input into final proposals to ensure it meets agreed customer drivers (note: you are not expected to compile the actual proposals, or manage delivery of the projects);You will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:Strong existing relationships at multiple levels across organisations in the oil and gas, mining and infrastructure industries;A systematic and proven approach to identifying, pursuing and securing new work ensuring prospects are progressed through a sales funnel to become clients;A general knowledge of engineering, project delivery, asset management and training to identify upcoming opportunities;Ability to co-ordinate and influence multiple stakeholders both internally and externally (i.e. procurement, engineering, project delivery, executives) to achieve results;LogiCamms is a diverse employer that is proud to have achieved true work/ life balance.
